   The European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres, ENCATC has the pleasure to invite you to participate in and actively contribute to the International Conference on 'Cultural Policy and decentralisation in Croatia',

organized in Split (12-14 of March) by the University of Split, (Faculty of Economics and Law), the Split Dalmatia County and the CEDI Robert Schuman in cooperation with ENCATC.

During this Conference, ENCATC is also organising the first meeting of the ENCATC working group 'Cultural Observatories and Cultural Information and Knowledge'. The participants of this meeting will define together the working programme for 2008-2010 and will shape the agenda of the ENCATC seminar that will be organised in July in Bilbao by the University of Deusto.
Please note that the language of the Conference is French, English and Croatian. The working language of the ENCATC meeting is English.

The travel and accommodation costs will not be reimbursed.
