Cultural Information and Research Centres Liaison in Europe (CIRCLE) was a European network established formally in 1984, which operated as an independent think-tank dedicated to developing cultural policy models for Europe. We’ll study The Loverby Harold Pinter as a group, and a theatre show will be recommended for viewing during the course (ticket price not included). Cooperation Projects Call Opens for Applications. The call is now open so you and your partners can start completing your online application for the deadline on 1 October 2014. Cultural organisations are given support for projects to work together across borders and to create and implement cultural and artistic activities. The thrust of this strand is to help organisations, such as theatres, museums, professional associations, research centers, universities, cultural institutes and public authorities from different countries participating in the Programme to cooperate so that different sectors can work together and extend their cultural and artistic reach across borders.
