This yearly meeting is dedicated to fashion and design creativity. It gathers both professionnals and amateurs coming from fashion, costume crafts, visual arts,… The 22nd fashion and art show-contest « Atout Fil » organized by the Cultural Center Robert Gourdon will take place in Vauvert, South of France (Camargue) on 2007 April 13th and 14th.

The 2007 fashioncontest’s theme is “Atout Fil part en vrilles”. The objects in competition (3 max. ) are considered as art forms, the competitiors are free to conceive anything they want inspired by the yearly theme and invited to create an oniric and dramatic world on stage.



This show is unique in Europe, and its audience is exeptionnal (almost 2000 spectators in 2006). The competitors (200 in 2006) come from the entire wolrld (Europe, India, Asia...) . Atout Fil is a means of promotion for fashion, textile, design creativity to an international scale. Besides, the Cultural Center houses a collection of art pieces from the former fashion and art shows.
