This project was developed thanks to the platform offered to our members by ENCATC and involved members such as South West University Neofit Rilsky, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, the HUMAK University of Applied Sciences, Turku, Finland, the Nouvelle Agence Culturelle Régionale NACRE, Lyon, France, the Universität Hildesheim, Germany, the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, Lithuania, the Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Poland and Oxford Brookes University.
The objective of the EAM Project was to develop new vocational training tools in arts and cultural management. In line with general LdV priorities, it was intended to meet social objectives of increasing employability, and accessibility to arts and cultural activities. The EAM project brings together universities which offer vocational training programmes in arts and cultural management, vocational training agencies, local government arts officers and small scale arts organisations in the community and voluntary sector in nine European countries to share experience and to foster innovation in vocational training.
