   Many creative people think of creativity and business as being like oil and water – they just don’t mix. However, successful creative entrepreneurs embrace both creativity and business. The DIY Management Consultancy Workshop is designed to provide a freelancer or creative business with the time and space to take stock of their creative business.

Using a mixture of illustrations, discussion and worksheets, this interactive, small group workshop will lead you through a DIY process of management consultancy to review your business formula and processes; ascertain where your company’s strengths and weaknesses lie; and put in place clear action plans for the future.



The facilitator, Sinead Mac Manus, is a freelance creative business consultant specialising in organisational development, training and 1-2-1 support for creative companies and practitioners.  She has run training and advice sessions for a range of clients including Interact, CIDA, PANDA, CIBAS and The Actor’s Centre.

Who should attend:   Creative practitioners or companies based in Camden or Islington (proof required) that have been in business for at least 12 months.  Numbers are strictly limited.
