PLASA Show, now 38 years old, is the annual exhibition that connects the international live entertainment technology industry and ranks as one of the premier shows of its kind. It presents ground breaking technology and exciting new launches by the world’s greatest designers and engineers to an international audience of pro audio, lighting, broadcast, AV and stage technology experts.

Featuring focused hubs for networking and product demos on the show floor for audio, broadcast, lighting, AV and staging each with its own sector specific seminar stream this is a show not to be missed.

PLASA Show is owned and organised by PLASA, the leading international trade association for entertainment technologies.

Focused Hubs
PLASA Show recognises that networking is a key reason to attend – building a robust contact list and staying in touch with industry development is vital for career growth. Adopting the successful ‘Focus’ model, PLASA will host 5 sector specific Hubs on the show floor for Lighting, Audio, Stage, AV and Live Broadcast. Visitors will benefit from easy navigation, innovative product demonstrations and topical sessions led by industry experts in each zone.

Audio stream:
Featuring sessions for the pro-audio community covering live sound training and theory, manufacturer-led panel sessions discussing current technical issues and a look at sound design for global, large-scale events.

Broadcast stream:
Broadcast highlights include an in-depth look at sound techniques within the broadcast environment, training sessions on studio lighting and discussions and demonstrations on 4K and HDR.

AV stream:
Highlights will include projection mapping case studies and workshops, a look at 4K video content, processing and display – and what’s beyond. Also looking at the projection elements of some large-scale gigs…

Lighting stream:
Topic highlights include a look at conventional light sources to LED, architectural lighting and lighting design on a budget.

Staging and General stream:
We’ll be hearing from some of the industry’s innovators in set-design, looking at the future of stage technology, as well as a range of general topics covering sustainability, legislation and health and safety issues.
